Samsung Ml 1640 V1010078 Toner Reset
my printer is now not able to print out. when i push the “reset” button or turn off the printer, the printer remains on. if i try to print anything, the printer does not print and it does not print anything even if i push the reset button. the printer’s light does not blink either. i don’t know what to do. i have changed all the cartridges (in fact, i replaced three) and the printer still does not work.
i have a samsung clp-775 color laser printer. it is in great condition and i have had no problems until now. all the cartridges (toner, black, yellow, magenta, and cyan) are at 50% capacity. i decided to buy a toner refill kit online and use it to refill the cartridges. i just changed the cartridges and now the cartridges are empty. the kit tells me to turn the printer off, unplug the printer, and then turn the printer back on. what do i do?
i had a power supply failure and i had to replace the transformer and that’s why i couldnt get it to work. the printer would just power up and not do anything until the reset was complete. so with that being said, what you do to make it work again is power it up and let it run for a minute or two and then unplug the power and then plug it back in. i hope this helps you out.
